We are currently looking for the following position:
Senior Account Manager
Primary objective
Generate profitable sales from our existing customer base
Role
Work as part of a team building strong relationships with clients, through effective communication and the desire to meet high levels of customer service.
You will have responsibility for putting together an effective sales strategy to meet up-sale targets and produce status and forecast reports for all account management. The role will involve identifying those clients where opportunities exist for upsales, whilst adding value to our client’s business through the solutions offered.
You will be responsible for responding to client requests in a timely manner, presenting products and solutions where appropriate. Responding to leads with well thought out presentations and follow up meetings with relevant and supporting documentation.
You will be expected to gain an insight into our client’s business initiatives, gathering all relevant information, communicating this information internally. Information will be collated from account visits, phone calls, forum groups, associations and support logs.
In the longer term, the role will include coordinating other account managers, developing their skills through coaching methods to ensure increased effectiveness.

Training will be given on the Kinetic products, however the successful candidate will need to be self motivated to gain a more in-depth knowledge. You must have a desire to learn what sometimes can be complex business processes; this requires an analytical mind, with the ability to understand business issues quickly, identifying the most effective solution to offer.
The role will be based at our head office in Cranfield, but will include considerable travel throughout the UK.
