Your ideas will progress through different statuses on their journey to implementation. As the status of your ideas changes, you will be notified by email.

• Needs Review - The product team will assess your idea using a scorecard, which will consider factors such as technical feasibility or the impact of delay, to determine whether an idea is taken forward or not. These ideas will be reviewed by our Products Team, and we aim to respond within 10 days. 
• In Discovery - At this stage, the product team have deemed this idea as accepted but needs further investigating for it to progress. This may involve a discovery session with users to understand how the new function or capability should look and feel. 
• Planned - Ideas in the 'Planned' stage have been reviewed and accepted; they are currently waiting to be scheduled for development. 
• In development - Our developers will be actively working on implementing the idea. 
• Released - We will launch the new idea in the appropriate release cycle and notify you so you can begin using it. 
• Rejected - Some ideas may not always make it to development for a variety of reasons; however, in this scenario, the team will provide an explanation.
