Our knowledge and experience of the conference industry has allowed us to build in special features we know will be massive time savers and used over and over, day in, day out.

Tip - When you cancel a booking, did you know that clicking the 'Previous Turndowns' button will return all business you have turned down for that date. Why not give them a call to update them on your availability?

Did you know...that when you are 'mass allocating' bedrooms to students you can click ‘undo’ and start again? Try it in your test system... it's easy! (and not scary)

Did you know.. .that by using the F3 key on checkout, it will automatically bring through any outstanding charges applicable to the guest checking out? Try it!

Top tip - Have you updated your images recently? Try popping some photos on your web pages to promote Pimms Receptions, Strawberries and Cream and Afternoon tea and scones. Summer is here!

Tip - Use the 'Contacts/Companies created since' report on a weekly basis to identify duplicate contacts and companies added. By doing this 5 minute exercise weekly you can help keep your database clean and tidy and ready to use in Mailshots.

Did you know... there is a super quick way to attach incoming correspondence to student records? Just drag and drop the document/image and pop it in to 'correspondence' against the student record.

Tip - When searching for a ‘Contact’ in ‘New Enquiry’ try using the 2:2 rule. Search using the first 2 letters of the first name and first 2 letters of the surname to help prevent duplicate contacts being added to your database.
