Details of Kinetic User Forum 2011 are announced!

Manchester has a long tradition of excellence in higher education and can trace its education roots way back as far as 1824.  The city has produced 12 Nobel Prize winners and many students who we can recognise today in the news such as Ben Elton (comedian), Anthony Burgess (novelist), and even the Chief Exec of Tesco.
 
All of this leads in to the theme of our Forum..... ‘Learning and Development’.  We are committed to learning as much as you are,  and across our 2 day programme of events you will be amongst a network of similar operations to yours, having the chance to pick the brains of other Universities, Conference Centres, Colleges, and Business Schools who will all be represented at this year’s event. 
 
From the USA we will be welcoming guest speakers from Northeastern University, BostonMA, and the University of New England who will be sharing their experiences of running both student accommodation and commercial operations,  and the emphasis that they have on customer service for both customers and students alike.
 
In addition to all of this, you will have access to our representatives from our Support team, Development team, Trainers, and your Account Manager,  all of whom will be hosting workshops, and demonstrations across the 2 days.  Representatives from our partners Tiger, WPM, Yammayap, Uniware, Momentum and many others will also be available to share information and answer any questions you may have.
 
Combining all of the above, we promise to create for you a ‘unique learning environment’.
