This workshop is perfect for supporting proactive selling, learn how to utilise your current database to retain repeat business, and attract new events and looking at the importance of capturing data at enquiry stage.
Areas that will be covered in the training are:
- Managing and cleansing your existing database
- Merging and removing Companies and Contacts
- Using ‘Target groups’ for Companies and Contacts
- Mail shots and Campaigns and monitoring responses
- Graphical Analysis Reports
- Understanding and using ‘Prospects’ in Kx
Additional Info
Training will be amongst other Kx Users who work within a Conference Centre or a UniversityMinimum number of 5 attendees required for the training to proceed*
Attendees must confirm, providing details of a purchase order 14 days prior to training date.
*If the minimum number of attendees are not met, Kinetic Solution reserve the right to change/amend the date, giving at least 7 days notice to all attendees.

Tip - When searching for a ‘Contact’ in ‘New Enquiry’ try using the 2:2 rule. Search using the first 2 letters of the first name and first 2 letters of the surname to help prevent duplicate contacts being added to your database.
