Residential (with some reference to Configuration and Events). Recommended to all Conference Sales Kx users who use the Residential Module for transient and group bookings (non-conference business)
This training workshop is ideal for beginners and also experienced users who require a refresher in the functionality of Kx Residential
The Kinetic training team are here to help you give your new staff the help and support they need.
Here are just some of the areas that will be covered in the training:
- Enquiry handling and checking availability for individual and small group bookings
- Creating a reservation (individuals and groups)
- Residential Reports
- Logging Guest Preferences and Notes
- Amending Reservations
- Requesting a deposit/applying a charge
Training will be amongst other Kx Users who are also in the same industry.
Minimum number of 5 attendees required for the training to proceed*
Attendees must confirm, providing details of a purchase order 14 days prior to training date and payment is required in advance of the course.
*If the minimum number of attendees is not met, Kinetic Solution reserves the right to change/amend the date, giving at least 7 days notice to all attendees.
