This workshop will help you review the configuration of your KxConferencing Software and will give you the opportunity to review some ‘time-saving’ tools within the application.
This is the perfect training workshop to refresh your memory, and help you streamline your current processes. Kinetic will help support the growth of your business by helping you learn how to work smarter, save time on reporting, and improve communication with your customers.

•   Configuring Email letter templates and how to use these within ‘Events’
•   ‘Status change’ Letters and Actions and how to configure these
•   Event Checklist actions and how to configure these
•   Maintaining Prices – Catering Items & Equipment
•   Maintaining rates, and using charge templates

There will also be an opportunity at the end of this session to ask our Trainer any specific questions about Configuration settings – it is recommended that you bring at least one discussion point along to the training.

Training will be amongst other Kx Users who work within a Conference Centre or a University
Minimum number of 5 attendees required for the training to proceed*
Attendees must confirm, providing details of a purchase order 14 days prior to training date.
