When running a busy Conference Sales Office, it can be a challenge to provide thorough and detailed training to new starters within your team.
The Kinetic training team are here to help you give your new staff the help and support they need.
Here are just some of the areas that will be covered in the training:
- Enquiry handling and checking availability
- Creating a booking – residential and non-residential
- Creating and amending quotes
- Emailing contracts, and using Actions
- Cancelling and Copying events
- Making an individual Reservation for a B&B guest.
- An overview on reporting; Function Sheets, and Daily Reports

Training will be amongst other Kx Users who are also new starters in the same industry
Minimum number of 5 attendees required for the training to proceed*
Attendees must confirm, providing details of a purchase order 14 days prior to training date.
*If the minimum number of attendees is not met, Kinetic Solution reserves the right to change/amend the date, giving at least 7 days notice to all attendees.
