Client Focus Group
Your feedback is important to us…come along to one of our focus groups and be a part of our future development.
Each focus group session gives you, the client, an opportunity to discuss with us in an open forum what you would like to see featuring within functionality such as ‘Contact Management’, and Marketing using ‘Mail shots and Campaigns’.
Round table discussions will be facilitated giving you the opportunity to discuss with other University/Conference centre Kx users what your most desired improvements might be and the business rationale behind these.
Your ideas and suggestions will then be considered for our 2011 development.
The first of our focus groups will be hosted at the University of Birmingham Thursday 24th June focusing on Contact Management, and the second will be hosted at Kings College London Tuesday 20th July.
