Understanding and using reports in 'Marketing'
Recommended to all Kx Marketing/Events users, and 'Super Users
This workshop provides a detailed insight of the reporting functionality in Kx Marketing. You will gain a full understanding where the information comes from, and how best to use this information to support your Sales Strategy.
The workshop is also suitable for ‘hands on’ General Managers/Sales Managers that like to see regular reports that show areas of growth and shortfalls. This workshop will no doubt also provide you with ‘best practice’ ideas from other Universities and Venues who will attend – don’t miss out!
Some topics that will be covered in the training are:
- Sales Forecast reports and how to track progress of Sales
- Graphical reporting and using the demand analysis to help yield your business
- Identifying business trends (Corporate and Transient business)
- Identifying your top clients (Contacts and Companies)
- Revenue reporting and an introduction to ‘Budget Data Entry’
- Rate discount analysis
Minimum number of 5 attendees required for the training to proceed*
Attendees must confirm, providing details of a purchase order. Please note that invoices for workshops are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training. Cancellations are non refundable but may be transferrable.
