Project implementation
We work in partnership with you through each step of a carefully detailed implementation plan, created specifically for you to ensure the success of the project.

Kinetic aim to work closely during the implementation process to help determine your business processes and how Kx can map to them, as well as working through changes where required.

The Implementation process developed by Kinetic for each client provides specific elements that address phasing the project to minimise business impact and ensure timing and resources are adequate. Ideally each piece of work will have its own review process to determine delivery and usage are as required. If delays or other elements impact then the overall program will be reviewed accordingly.

Key to the final stages of delivery are working with near 'live' data and agreeing user testing to cover specific business processes. Business continuity or risk management plans can be developed at the initial implementation stage process and contingency provided.

The Kinetic team will work with the client during the initial implementation and during the go live processes to ensure that the key milestones are met throughout the project, and that user capabilities are sufficient for the operation of the system.

With all projects, the best outcome is achieved with focused and dedicated staff on both sides that have a full understanding of, not just the technologies being used, but also the business processes being carried out, to ensure that a holistic view of the project is achieved. The project can then be communicated between Kinetic Solutions and the University though this person and the risks are significantly reduced.

Your onsite new user training will be customised to your venue’s needs by ensuring that you learn how to use Kx in the way that fits with your business processes and not by way of a pre-determined, standard training plan. Once you become a proficient user, you can take advantage of ongoing educational opportunities that allow you to grow your knowledge. Training is delivered in different formats to suit your needs; classroom training, one to one coaching, workshops held in the Kinetic training suites and for those clients who have limited time, we offer remote training.
