How much, and what data is brought across, can be customised to match your requirements and it is also possible for accommodation staff to quickly search on any or all of these data fields

Financial Interface

The system offers flexible room pricing with definable licences, deposits and ad-hoc charges, that can be viewed in the student account and transferred to your finance system for billing. This interface manages the passing of financial information in a format of your chose enabling accommodation charges to be combined with course fees for invoices to be raised. Exported charges can be individually transferred or initiated as part of a batch process. Bad debtor information can be passed back to Kx ensuring accommodation staff are fully aware of the students liability
