This powerful add on to KxResidential enables you to maximise occupancy via the web

This easy to configure online application gives you full control of your rates, with options to adjust them quickly when market forces dictate. Promotional codes can be set up for particular customers displaying specific rates for them. The content management system allows you to build professional and eye catching adverts with no technical knowhow. You can choose whether to charge customers for the full amount, the first night’s price or a fixed value. KxB&B uses live availability ensuring you maximise your occupancy without over booking. KxB&B incorporates ‘dash board’ style reporting for clear booking analysis. All this plus a simple booking process that your customers will find easy to use!

KxCalendar

View events, search for availability and make enquiries

Upcoming events can be viewed online and are displayed in a day, week or month format; search by date, event type or location.  Check room availabilities and submit an online booking enquiry or request, reducing the number of requests for spaces already booked while maximising usage!

KxRegistration

Reduce paperwork and improve customer service by enabling delegates to register online for events

Customers can go online and select which elements of an event they wish to book. The cost of the package will be built up using the individual element prices, against which your customer can pay via a payment provider. Kx interfaces seamlessly to providers such as Wordpay, Realex, WPM, ePDQ and many more. KxRegistration includes ‘dash board’ style of reports making it easy to analyse bookings.

Financial Interface

Export revenue to your financial system

The system offers flexible pricing against resources based on date ranges, days, company rates, event type and areas. Charges can be viewed against the event or guest account and it is possible to raise invoices from Kx or transfer charges to your finance system for billing. This interface manages the passing of financial information in a format of your choice, including any mapping necessary to ensure revenue is allocated to the correct department. Kx has been interfaced with systems such as Agresso, Oracle Financials, Coda, SAP and many others.

Timetabling Interface

Maximise scheduling efficiency and accuracy by using this interface to share room booking information with your classroom scheduling system.

No longer is there the need to check with the timetabling department as to whether the room is free before being able to offer it to a customer. KxResidential Conferencing can interface with course planning, scheduling and resource allocation systems. Our two way interface blocks out classrooms and spaces on both systems, which eliminates the possibility of over-booking. EPoS Interface

Dynamically transfer bar charges to the delegate’s account

Whatever your electronic point of sale system is charges can be transferred via the standard interface into Kx and added to the guests bill for payment on departure. This interface will reduce errors and improve customer service.

Keycard Interface

Initiate keycards for your door locks

As you check in your accommodation guests, the interface will activate the keycard based on the room number that has been allocated to your visitor

Call Logger Interface

Kinetic has worked with Tiger Communications (http://www.tigercomms.com/tiger-hotel-pro) to develop an interface designed specifically for the hospitality sector. As you check your guest into Kx the telephone line is activated and all related charges will be added to the guest’s bill. Housekeeping statuses can be set in Kx via the phones in your bedrooms.
